    Another update, dropping D acid because last couple of weeks I have just been super angry all the time and was getting acne EVERYWHERE I thought it was just the pre workout I was taking but it turns out it was the acid. Do not recommend.

    Last 2 weeks has been nothing but recomp, I haven't gained fat even though it may look like it, I just added the water back, if I go in the sauna for a little while the abs stick out strongly again haha, anyway here is a photo with a filter added, I'll do another property update in a couple weeks time

    another update, im on week 4 of my bulk, abs have faded but for some reason the v line is popping out a lot more and shoulder definitn is looking good "dont mind the stupid face"

    Great transformation OP. I think the major reason you were getting hated on is there is such a night and day difference between your first two pics. You've got some pretty good genetics! When I read that you dropped your calories pretty low, I was like geez thats super intense and ballsy! What BF % were you in that first pic? I let myself go after quite a bit of things happening in life and went from about 17% BF to 32%. Now I am on the grind again, although it has not been easy since I am in nursing school that goes all year round which is super intense and stressful. Do you find that when you are going at your goals hard that you become super dedicated/constantly thinking about your diet/workouts etc?

    workouts no but diet yes, its all i think about but its now a habit so its not to bad, even tho im bulking my metabolism is so out of line that even at 1500 cals im gaining weight :/ what really helped me is setting a goal, in my case it was festival that was just over 2 month away from when i started the diet ect and i set a goal and pushed for it, train your brain and the rest will come in time

    Good weight loss though, maybe a bit more chest fat to lose but you’re getting there !

    yep but cant loose that chest fat now since im back into a bulk to resuract the metabolism, im at 1500 cals a day now but yeh 1000 cals is probably unhealthy some days i would do less but odly I felt my best when i was eating less cals so idk. im 179 and weigh now 75kgs.

    What are some of the eating lifestyle habits that you had to change? I think that was my biggest thing that made me unsuccessful. If I kept on with what I did a few years ago, I'd be looking like a beast but its the complete opposite. I didn't do a lifestyle change. I couldn't imagine eating at 1000 kcals. My steak and hashbrowns im eating right now is about 800 haha. I know I got what it takes since I did it years back, but I've had issues with inconsistency.

    skip the steak and potato and go for the chicken and salad. It helps that i like to cook i guess, other than that, just focus on making sure calories are low.

    I can imagine when I first did my crazy cut a few years back from 220 to 175, people were gawking at me and saying I'm swimming in my clothes etc. I am in fulltime nursing school now so chicks all around me. Lost 10 lbs and one of my friends says you've lost weight, and I was like thanks for noticing. She replied I think we all noticed but just never said anything. Can't wait to get back down to atleast 200 lbs. Its sad that people can be shallow, but thats just the way it is. Good job OP. Be proud of yourself and never let go of what you obtained.

    nah im fine as is, i like the athletic feeling I know uping my test levels will help a lot but ill wait until im 30 haha
