Like I said by the end I was barley having 1000 calories so I had to fit in 200g of protein in that calorie count, so unflavoured protein shake at 30g protein and 50 calories I Would have that once a day and the rest came from chicken on the grill and broc****. The first few weeks when my calorie intake was higher I would mix it up and some days throw a Scotch fillet on the grill and a little spinach to go with it.

I feel I did 90% diet 10% gym. I mean I would only train at about 40 mins a session. I remeber being younger doing sessions 6 sometimes 7 times a week for 2 hours and not making progress. Everyone's different for me my body grows at higher reps of about 10-12 with less breaks but controlled.

This thread is a good example of the discipline needed to make a decent transformation in a reasonably short period of time. Not many are prepared to do what it takes. Progressively lower calories down to a very low amount and training the right way.

exactly, your bio "If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough" is exactly that. My friends all telling me they want to do the same and that they're counting calories ect, yet when im with them I see them have small snacks ect that easily add upto 1000 calories alone, people dont realise counting calories means every little thing, from the oil in the pan to the seasoning ect I also feel even if my calories are low if I have any sugar it just sets me back some. chicken breast and greens just makes me feel solid.

So how did you gain like 4kg of muscle in 2months? It's literally impossible specially with no supplements... Please share your experience, I'm pretty sure it's more than just eating a lot of protein and cutting off the sugar lol

He/she sounds like someone who doesn't take there diet seriously haha. I didnt gain any muscle my friend, maybe 1kg of muscle due to never training in the last 4 years but it was all fat loss, keep on saying how its not natural but in fact it 100% is. Diet as I said before is the Key, I trained with weights sometimes only 3 days a week yet made a lot of progress on those weeks due to the diet being 100% i dont mean 99% or 98% I mean 100% no sugar, no bad fats, no bs foods, Give it a go yourself and if you can struggle through it for 10 weeks you will see just how much you will change but please don't be saying all this hard work is un-natural.

Here is a photo with a full stomach of food taken today, as you can see the difference is huge, suddenly that 13% bf looks more like 16% bf, don't get discouraged people by the first photo, I still have a long way to go, this is a natural transformation despite what people say , today was my first cheat day in 10 weeks, pizza, KFC, a Angus burger and a **** ton of Red bulls. But it's worth it. Back on the grind tomorrow morning .

    How old are you OP?

I feel like I could have done this when I was 25, but it would take longer at 38. If I'm wrong, I'll be a happy man.

25 in February, You can still do it as its a cut not a bulk so obtaining muscle wasnt the goal, if I was you I would take some D-aspartic acid as its said it raises test levels in older guys by up to 60% and its backed by studies and science so give it ago, I been taking it for the first time and I feel it helps.

Cheers brother, when watching the video "some reason on mobile it's low quality" I have dropped some bf it's just the mind set of not going to a gym or eating the daily intake of protein making me think it's all gone down the drain, seems I'm at 13% bf now. Hope to hit 11% before Feb 16th for my birthday but I doubt that will happen, would be happy with 12 but I'll aim high for now

Wow, congratulations, you've inspired many here in the community I'm sure. Hope you achieve your goals.

Do keep us updated on your progress!
I'm on a deficit myself to cut down my BF% from 20% to around 15% on roughly a 1000 calories a day. Slow progress, but I constantly try to keep myself motivated.
    Cheers!

I agree with the guy above you are closer to 20% when you started. Id guess 18-19% everyone thinks they are less than they are. Get a dexascan theyre worth it.

But that does take away from where you are now at all, great job and keep at it. Time to clean bulk, I dont care if youre doing it without supporting "vitmains" or not just keep at it. If I were to guess, now you are at 13% maybe 12% TOPS not 10%

Heres what I love about the dexascan, itll tell you how much weight in fat you have in your arms, legs, chest, stomach. Arm wise you are pretty low BF% and thats probably why youre thinking youre lower than you are

I'm happy to tell you that you are wrong I did this at 35 and I was in a much much worse shape than the OP. Check my last thread as I have before and after pics.

No I said I'm 13% and no chance that was 20% to begin with, I'll show more angles it was deffinetly over, also since this post I feel I'm maybe around the high 12% mark now 11% mid Feb then 10% starting march, I'll stay at 10% for a few weeks and recomp then bulk up a little . I'm deffinetly not at 10% atm not even close but I'm glad because it gives me something to work for, also I'm 100% in support of vitamins, if I didn't take magnesium I would cramp like a mofo. I take d acid, magnesium chelate, and bcaa now and then
