I don't tend to get doms unless I increase the weight (like my back day yesterday) and I noticed today I have a more DOMS in the left side of my back and lats than the other, even though the right side of my body is dominant. Could anybody please explain this to me? Is this because I must've just trained my left lat harder than usual or because it's weaker?

It could be that it is weaker, may be underdeveloped than your dominate side. It could be due to how you're performing the exercises, may be leaning to one side, putting more pressure on one side than the other. Or you've increased the weight more than usual. Lots of factors.
I would definately stretch the back, lats before and after, and foam roll, and always concentrate on hydration.
I very rarely get DOMS, if I do, it's usually because of these reasons.https://www.instagram.com/ironcraft_physiques/

You worry about far too many trivial things for a 15 year old to worry about, but I've told you that before and you will continue coming back. You do not need to do any isolation work for one side of your lats... keep following the novice program you've been direct to on every single one of your posts and you'll be fine.
