Will it go away?

Gonna turn 17 in 2 weeks, I've had gyno since 15 or so, I'm not too thin but I'm pretty muscular, right side is way worse there's basically a disk about 2.25 inches in diameter and about .75 thick under the skin, this is really messing up my self-esteem because it's always on my mind and if it wasn't there I would be pretty good looking, will it go away if I've had it for over a year and a half? Additionally, it seems to have gotten worse since I've started working out consistently.
