Blue Star Nutraceuticals - P.P.K. (Grape) Review

Blue Star Nutraceuticals P.P.K. pre-workout is a true one scooper coming in at 8.5 g per scoop. The formula is quite concentrated while containing effective doses. I mix a scoop of P.P.K. with 10 oz of water and it mixes up excellent. There is only a tiny bit of foam after mixing that disappears instantly with no residue left in my cup. I really enjoy the Grape flavor and would compare it to a light grape Jolly Rancher in both flavor and sweetness.

Now onto the formula and the effects. I like the added B Vitamins to the formula and the 250 mg of Caffeine Anhydrous is good to get you going. It gets me through my workout while not being overly stimed and no crash. I also get some good tingles from the full 3,200 mg dose of Beta-Alanine that I always enjoy. While you get a good dose of 400 mg of PEAK ATP the pumps were just pretty good for me. The focus with P.P.K. although was very good. The Mental Focus Blend consists of nice doses of 200 mg Beta-Phenylethylamine, 50 mg Hordenine HCL and a large 400 mg Huperzine A. P.P.K. consistently elevated my mood and helped to lock in my focus.

P.P.K. is a solid pre-workout that delivers without being overly strong. It's all-around effective while containing effective doses. I like it a lot and think it would be very good for anybody looking for a well rounded pre-workout that isn't too extreme.

Great review. Very detailed! Personally i love how focussed PPK makes me in the gym. I let my gym partner try it too and he instantly ordered a tub for himself the next day afterwards. He keeps saying bluestar nutraceuticals must be the goat because they're located in Canada. Not sure if that's the reason, but i didn't argue with him on the goat part.
