Gives me inspiration. I always wondered about lifting heavy at that age. If 419 is is 1RM then he's probably repping 360 or so x 5.
Is there any risk of the knees just suddenly giving out at that age? I get that he has been weight training a long time which helps. But damn, 80 years old with 420 lbs in your hands. Maybe I'm overly paranoid.
