Thumbs up Should I be satisfied?

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread. Newbie here, just started back into lifting again after taking a 6 month break. I only lost 2 pounds of body fat in the last 2 weeks. I am eating around 12-1400 calories per day. I am 5'9" and 192.2 pounds at 22.7% body fat. I was planning on a 12 week cut losing between 1.5 and 2 pounds per week but at this rate I will only drop a pound per week. According to my scale I also lost 1/2 a pound of muscle but my strength keeps growing and I am lifting more than when I started.

    The questions:
Is my scale likely inaccurate and I am not losing muscle if my strength is going up?
    and
should I just be satisfied with the 1 lb per week of fat loss or should I try to figure something else out? I doubt that I can reduce my caloric intake any more.
