    How can I improve my diet

    Hey can y’all who know a lot about nutrition tell me how to improve my diet I’m a bodybuilder and I want my diet to be as healthy as possible (don’t care about taste) everyday I eat
    A big romaine salad with almonds and mixed nuts
    Light Italian salad dressing
    1.5-2.5 cups of cooked meat of some either grilled or baked
    2-3 cups of steamed veggies all different kinds of veggies
    1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese
    1 or 2 bowls of fresh fruit
    A kind breakfast bar
    And a scoop of bone broth protein

    Any imput would be much appreciated

    Keep track of how much you eat and don’t eat more than you expend
    Eat a wide variety of foods every day
    Base your diet on cereals and whole grains
    Increase fruit and vegetable consumption
    Meet calcium requirements to ensure healthy teeth and bones

    This is blatantly incorrect. There is no such thing as a good detox program other than ensuring you maintain a healthy liver and kidneys.

    Amen on the detox advice !!! A good detox will prime your body and turbo charge your efforts in the gym (optimizing ROI from effort standpoint)
