Epic Workout was the best gym app I have ever used. But I think they discontinued it for Iphone's. Sucks. If anybody knows anything about this feel free to comment.
This is the twentieth century my friend, get with the program.
paper and pen definitely get's the job done though and it's not complicated- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

I picked one as a freebie with an order some time ago as a trial and like it. Previously I used a paperback rippetoe/kilgore journal but those stopped being available after my second one ran out. The spiral binding is superior anyway
I fit a lot of info on there using the system I ended up with. All the little notes in the margins, superscripts, subscripts, etc, add up to a lot of very specific information
