Hi Goodday,I am a Male, currently 15 years of age.I have just came out of a weight loss program where I lossed 82lbs (221lbs to 139lbs currently).I would like to build some lean muscle mass but I don't know what are the most effective diets to do so can you all please help me.Note I am currently 5 feet 11 inches in height!
