    Which of these weight gainer is better

    Hi all

    I want to know which of these gainers is better

    1- true mass 1200(5kg)
    2- mass fusion (7,5kg)

    It's powdered food. Figure out which one is going to supplement your diet better, or fits your budget better. Adding oats powdered milk (protein shake) will have the same results.

    Neither is better. They simply provide calories in liquid form. 500 calories from True Mass = 500 calories from Mass Fusion.

    getting good carbs and protein will beat any fat burner weight gainer or supplement that is on the market I would only use supplements once you have a diet in place. Hopefully this was helpful.
