    Which of these weight gainer is better

    Hi all

    I want to know which of these gainers is better

    1- true mass 1200(5kg)
    2- mass fusion (7,5kg)

    Neither is better. They simply provide calories in liquid form. 500 calories from True Mass = 500 calories from Mass Fusion.

    getting good carbs and protein will beat any fat burner weight gainer or supplement that is on the market I would only use supplements once you have a diet in place. Hopefully this was helpful.
