    Meal Prep how?

    Could I meal prep this diet and how?

    Breakfast:
    Milk
    Waffles

    Lunch:
    Chicken Rice
    Peanuts 120gram

    After school:
    Ham & cheese sandwich

    Dinner
    Milk
    Steak
    Rice

    Meal 5:
    Tuna 100gram
    Milk

    Are you asking if you can lose weight on this or prepare it yourself? What exactly is it you're looking to do? My only thought is it looks insanely bland and completely missing fruits and veggies. Have you read the stickies? That would be a good starting place.

    OP, let me give you some manly advice as you're in the perfect stage of your life to learn and put it to use later in your life.

    Any time you're hungry, like after school, just yell at your mom to "get in the kitchen and make me a sammich"!

    This will prepare you for married life, and eliminate your concern of meal preps.
