    Question Supplement help

So I’m doing the Shortcut to size program and I got all the supplements that it recommended. Obviously I know it’s the routine creators stuff but it seems to have good reviews. But I’m wondering if I should be taking all of it. I’m taking the protein powders, pre and post powders, along with omega 3, CLA, and the multivitamin. All Jym brand. What’s you guys thoughts?

Absolutely not. None are necessary, but some can be beneficial to supplement if you're deficient (omega 3, multivitamin, etc) but some are completely unnecessary such as CLA. Take protein powder if you're lacking in protein for your diet. It doesn't need to be Jym brand, just any reputable company.

    You got duped.

Also, don’t take a multi with iron unless you are anemic, have a bleeding disorder, have a period...

I have heard the pre jym is good but I wouldn't buy anything else from them I would go get whey from optimum nutrition or mutant whey and just put in the work In. I recommend .7 grams of protein for every pound.

As was said already, you don't need to take all of them, especially don't play hard with pre-workout powders.
