Sorry to hear about your brain tumour. Given the majority of people here use gyms combined with controlled diet and given your red lines...the only thing you can really do is use what nature gives you and run in parks, roads and beaches. Just run. You are already massively overweight so it should fall off. I would recommend joining a gym to gain mass, but given your circumstances, run.

Diet wise cut out crap. Eat clean. Read the stickies for advice. Even a modest change to your diet combined with modest exercise will make you lose weight. No processed crap. Drink water. Eat protein. Stick at it for a couple of months, then Maybe consider joining a gym to work on your muscle because I presume you will be skinny fat with no muscles.

Learn about caloric deficit so you can be in it, change your eating habits, focus on the baby steps - don't force yourself to run at this moment, it will only cause pain, go for walks instead and I promise it will make a huge difference.

Losing fat =/= just exercisin and hitting gym, it starts on nutrition level, what and how much of food you consume, so learn about macros, how to calculate your calorie intake, everything is on this forum , so don't worry.
