    DL form check

    Thought form was getting better, but I see a lot of rounding in these reps. What am I doing wrong? Mate at the gym said my hips might be too high. Anything else?

    Concur with yiur mate. I believe a good rule of thumb is to keep the inside of your elbows flush with the outside of your knee. I know this has helped me in keeping my back straight

    think chest up, but nipples down! i know that sounds contradictary but it will help with the rounding of the low back but other than that, good job OP

    Yeah, this angle shows my knees way behind my inner elbows, which puts my hips too high. Found the problem, I guess.
