    Feedback on stats

    Hi,

    Are these lifting stats decent for my weight / height, I know that Squats are low, only just started a proper program that includes them, happy with the other lifts though. Should I aim to keep bulking and improve them or should I cut and just to try maintain them:

    Age: 25
    Gender: Male
    Height: 170cm (5"7)
    Weight: 69KG
    Approximate Bodyfat %: 16-17%

    Bench: 75KG x 5 reps
    Squat: 82.5KG x 7 reps
    Deadlift: 110KG x 6 reps
    Overhead Press (Strict): 50KG x 7 reps

    Any feedback / guidance would be appreciated.

    For your stats i would say that's good. You seem to be on track. Keep bulkiing slowly.

    Squat: 130kg
    Deadlift: 148kg
    Bench: 84kg
    Overhead press: 62kg
    Dead hang chin up: 26kg
    Weighted dip: 36kg
