    Low bar squat elbow pain

So I'm getting elbow pain from low bar squats, moslt likely due to shoulder mobility..because it does suck.

Soo far I've widen my grip and added chalk to my upper back. Besides shoulder dislocations what kind of shoulder mobility exercise will help me?

I have shoulder mobility issues also. Do you use a thumbs under or over grip? If I use a thumbs under grip sometimes I get elbow pain.
