    I'm very very ashamed lol, but after fighting so much in mma, muay thai, and boxing, bjj etc i just thought now i can just enjoy life and binge, but now i regret it, and would like to get shredded.... my fight days are over, could i realistically get shredded by june?

    My best weight was 215, i may try shred back down to there, ive worked out my calories to lose 1lb a week, i guess its just a waiting game.... do i HAVE to eat clean?

    Control calories. Aim for maximum loss of 1% bodyweight per week. I'm sure you know this already.

    You don't have to "eat clean" (virtually meaningless term) but you do need to maintain your health with necessary vitamins, minerals, essential fats, protein etc.

    It sounds like you need to maintain a balance between tight control and no control. On a day to day basis you should have a reasonable idea of your calorie and protein intake without being obsessive about it. Try anything too extreme or controlling and at some point you'll go off piste again.
