    Exclamation Living Large with Jay Cutler abs?

    Hey y'all,

    Just wondering if any of you have done the living Large mass gainer program on here. I am going through the first week because it looks like a fun program, but I'm just now realizing, I don't see any ab workouts.

    Have any of you done this program? If so, did you do supplemental ab work on the side, or not?

    Just want to make sure my ab muscles dont fall behind during this program.
