    Nutrition Post Surgery

    I got my wisdom teeth out this morning so I can eat very little to nothing for the next 2-3 days. All I have been able to eat are small portions of pudding and apple sauce lmao, will this be detrimental to my physique? I’m in a cut but I don’t want to lose anymore muscle than I already will.

    You will not lose significant muscle mass in only a few days. Drink the calories you can and train hard when are you able to do so and you'll gain the muscle back quickly.

    What is your height and weight? Are you really 17? It may not even be wise for you to cut.

    I currently have excessive body fat after poor nutrition the last 2 months. Do you think I should just stay at maintenance?

    I suggest you throw out the concept of 'maintenance' and accept that, unless you binged every single day for 2 months, it's highly unlikely you amassed 'excessive body fat' in such a short time.

    You are not even overweight by BMI if you are actually 17 years old. Feel free to eat at maintenance while training with a good program and you'll gain muscle and lose fat over the next few years.
