    Day by Day Food Log

    Lost some weight from last year, decided to start a program and look at myself on AUGUST THE 5TH, 2019. Goal is to have lost at least 20kg. This is solely a food tracking log for my own personal reflection

    Today is a break from typical I.F. diet.

    Friday 11/01/19:
    - Chickpea Chips (150 Calories)
    - 2 Kinder Suprise Chocolates (420 calories)
    - 3 F.Rocher (250 Calories)

    820 Already Consumed, going to try and stay under 3000 for today (Break from diet).
