Pull ups the day after rows

Can I do 4x10 Rows (in a full body workout) one day, and pull ups the next? I know pull ups are for width and rows are for thickness. I’m just not sure whether or not doing them back to back would be over training.

    Thanks!

If it's light rows, sure I wouldn't see why not. If it's heavier rows you may need a day in between for recovery purposes.

I've done both with no issues.

I believe full body programs like Fierce 5 have a rest day in between work days; as said, it depends on the intensity. I wouldn't want to be going all out on 3x5 or 5x5 on those exercises back to back. For one thing, they both tax the bicep heavily.

    Yup!
There are days where I'd do a few pull ups right after a back session. But definitely not two heavy back sessions back to back. (pun intended )
