    Boxing classes + gym 6 days a week = do i have to increase calories?

    Current weight: 162 lbs.

    Goal weight: 150 lbs

    If I do PPl 6 days a week, 3 days on and 3 days off, can I do boxing class on my off day or will it **** up my recovery? I currently consume 2600 calories, will I have to consume more?

    Since you're cutting you should be fine not increasing calories. Only you will know for sure though once you start doing it and see the effects. Losing too quickly? Add a couple hundred calories/day.

    If you are cutting and doing all that, are you not weak? Might need more calories if you feel weak and have no energy. Only you will know though. Do you feel fine?

    I am around your weight.. 163 to be exact with 14% body fat. I consume 1800 calories and gym + 20 mins cardio 6 days a week. I tried 2200 cals and found zero change in my body so I am assuming 2600 is a lot

    Put it for a test for one week, increase your calories, see how you will feel and how it will affect your cutting. It's just one week, don't be scared
