    Vita JYM - Can't Sleep??

    I started taking Vita Gym Monday of this week, and I've noticed it's a lot harder for me to fall asleep. Yesterday I took at dose a lunch time, since I missed breakfast and was unable to fall asleep until 3:30 am. Could this be because of the niacin in the product?

    Look at other things than the multi. I don’t see why it would cause acute sleep loss after one dose at lunch.

    What they said. Men shouldn't be taking a vitamin with iron, but at the same time, it shouldn't be the MV causing this. What else are you taking?

    I would recommend avoiding multivitamins in general provided there are NOT enormous holes in your diet (unlikely if you give at least some thought to what you eat). If you do use a multivitamin, there is not a pressing reason to use it on a daily basis. The only vitamins/minerals you may want on a daily basis are 2000 IU of vitamin D3 and magnesium (200-400 mg) daily.
