    Shoulder Press Strength

    Hi guys i want to know lets say if i stopped shoulder pressing with 20 kg dumbells and instead did 16kg for a week or two will i be able to press 20 kg again after a week or two? Or will i lose the strength to even press 18kg?

    your new right? check out the few beginner programs stickied above! theres a good 3-5 of them that are written that are great for a beginner! read up on them and understand as to why, they are more beneficial for you at this point! good luck!
