My goad is to have lean mass. Loose fat and gain muscle. I take the following suppliments.
Early Morning - Fat burner EVLUTION NUTRITION LeanMode
During Workout - Xtend BCAA and Creatine
After workout - ON WHEY PROTEIN
Are these suppliments taken in correct time? Please advice

Creatine, whey protein can be taken any time of the day. Same goes for the fat burner, take it whenever or when you need a little energy. Like mentioned above, the supplements won't help you gain muscle or lose weight, diet and workout should be your priority.
