got this bad boy in last night (thanks MT):


Used a scoop this morning for deadlifts and arms. Energy and pumps were good but one of the first things I noticed was I was sweating like crazy during my dynamic warm up (im not sure if it was the pre or if the gym was hot due to the warm weather we been having this week). Will continue to utilize next week and hopefully get a review up before my son arrives

*Update- Used 1 scoop this morning for chest and horizontal back (all rows). Broke a good sweat but it wasnt like Friday so Ill attributes last Friday heavy sweating due to unusually warm weather last week (normal winter weather today). Will run through the week (unless my son decides to make an earlier than expected debut) then get posted up Friday

Tried it out.... used too much water so f labor might have been a little off (used to taking pre-kaged) will give it a week or so before a review.

That is what I mean. I get an email with the tracking number, who it is from, and the scheduled delivery day. That way I can follow it's progress, which is nice

Making new resolutions:
Recover better from sessions. More protein, moderate carbs, small protein shake right before bed to keep blood sugar somewhat steady.
Get back to 5 X 5. It has worked in the past, and I am looking to get back to basics.
Spend more quality time with hubby. Seems like we get so busy with peripheral things that we forget to focus on each other each day.

Lots of new changes this month.
Networked with a lot of people-oriented individuals. An 8-figure person drove 3hours round-trip to help me out (inspect house & provide tips on insurance/maintenance) all because he considered me family for being a friend of his son
Got my instagram up and going: ivybridge_atl that is also people-orientated
Got a new job as a fully licensed producer.. hence why I was not posting here.. Crammed ~100 hours of studying to get the gig.. and I got to judge some of the brightest kids prior to their competition in Harvard!

I had this issue earlier. Posting the review in smaller sections helped.
So instead of instantly typing 1 big review, try adding a few sentences, submit. Then edit, add some more texts until you're done.
For some reason it wouldn't let me put my entire review on, so i simply posted it in 2 parts/posts.

I am still giving the Vapor1 a trial run. I am trying it with different training sessions that focus on powerlifting. I want to make sure I give it a fair trial. I have had a few life events get in the way, so it is taking me a bit longer. I will get the review up soon

That's exactly what I did and I wanted to make sure I gave this PW a good fair trial and
after using Vapor5 at two scoops and I thought that was decent after using Vapor1 at
of course 1 scoop I feel it's better than 2 scoops of Vapor5 and it's a good 1 scoop pre.

Sorry it took a while but i always like to use a product for a while to try it properly and see it's effects.
Thank you again for giving me the ability to try this. It was really great and i'm very thankful.
It helped me in the gym and reading this awesome promo reading the daily resolutions of others helped me in my every day life and goal setting as well.
