Interesting promo, original idea, I'm in.
Daily resolutions are so much easier than yearly ones!
Mon Jan 14.
3:30am - Wake and get to gym by 4:00am
6:00am - Work. Eat 4 meals during the day.
5pm - Home. Play catch with my son.

1. Wake up on time and get out of bed.
2. Actually eat something for breakfast instead of just black coffee.
3. Say "no" to something at work, no matter how minor (I take on way too much).
4. Smile at a stranger.
5. Hug my son (this is a bit of a cheat--I do this every day anyway).
6. Go to the gym.
7. Have a good, hour-long workout at the gym.
8. Eat a lean, filling dinner.
9. Enter everything into MyFitnessPal."Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today's world do not have."--Ronald Reagan

The first thing that comes to mind in regards to mental health is Kevin Malone (from The Office)
The Synopsis:
"In season four when this happened, Kevin was still relatively a normal person, one without parody and mental illness. Sure, while he has always been a little slow in the early seasons, his fiance leaving him was the thing that was able to push him into realization that he is doomed to live alone, save the people he sees at work every day. And what's the one thing he has going for him to these people? They expect failure from him. So he milks it. Oscar and Angela are part of his Accounting family, so they've come to expect his failure in that aspect, and the rest of the office understand him as the guy who says stupid things. They almost expect it. So Kevin goes into an extreme with it, reverting to a childlike state for the anticipated reactions of his co-workers, because, you know what? It's a hell of a lot better than no reactions from anybody ever. Kevin depends on these people, so he will forever be the jester in their court of infinite paper."
Shoulder issues are frequent in this thread
It's been helping me a lot to do cable exercises for mine! Been doing it 3 times a week.
Have you tried experimenting with your setup?
I.e, Larry Wheels (one of the strongest guys in the world) does big jumps when hitting his heavy set. Dude literally jumps from 1 plate squat to 3 plate.. and so forth
But please be cautious of how your body feels/reacts to it!

Family person eh
Reuniting with my mum for the first time in 4 years.
It took too long for me to realize that there moments that you don't even have to like them (parents, kids, brothers, sisters, friends, wife).
But it's still love & family.
And kudos for church!
I am going out of my comfort zone and reaching out to the Indian community here in ATL.
Experience the same religion and the unified mindset of "people over money".

All three??
Haha reminds me of a comment in Larry Wheels' video.
"Only he can PR his PR on the same session"
Respect all the daily efforts man!
F**king love my job and the bond I have with Iovate.
They approved of 20 full tubs of VaporOne to be shipped out real soon for you folks.
And certainly another 20 as the days go on by
Quite possibly more goodies

That's HUGE!
agreed, I only wish I had more time to devote to it. Over my Christmas holidays I was able to finish a book I had been struggling to get through in my normal routine, and it was so nice to have that time to read. I need to start prioritizing it over some of the other things I do in my free time, just wish I had more free time in general so I could do everything.Squat and Deadlift

Just be careful.
I had the exact same, radical approach by cutting out all the toxic people in my life.
Although, I've gotten growth in all aspect because of it..
But courage and leadership is "desperately caring about the people whose faces you know and names you remember"
But good luck on first physique show!
What does your supplementation look like on the final few weeks of it?
Stay hydrated & with electrolytes!
Looking forward to how you dominated deadlift today *if you haven't already posted.. heh

-Get personal with my current mentor. Follow up on a dinner with him and his family.
(He's in the 7 figure status & does not need my help.. So, it's relieving that someone actually cares and has me on their mind).

Dang, what a productive day!
Had lemon & garlic chicken and rice tonight too
And man does it bring memories...
I wouldn't be who I am today (fitness wise) if I hadn't surrounded myself with aspiring Army and Marine friends back in 2011.
I can vision myself screaming on top of my lungs at one of those cliffs... that I made it
Thank you for the reminder (page 2, you put "stay positive" on the daily target).

Alright. Today looks like:
4:45am - up, pack for the day (lunch, gym stuff)
6am - work, eat 3 meals and a snack
5pm - gym, shoulder day
6:30 - home. Shower, dinner, time with wife and son, maybe 15 min guitar session
9pm - catch up on Vikings if all goes as planned
9:45 - bed.
I ditched the 4am workout today. I love doing it but I'm toast by 8pm so family time is sacrificed when I do this.My Reviews:
