Interesting promo, original idea, I'm in.

Daily resolutions are so much easier than yearly ones!

    Mon Jan 14.
3:30am - Wake and get to gym by 4:00am
6:00am - Work. Eat 4 meals during the day.
5pm - Home. Play catch with my son.
6-9pm - Shower, eat, relax, pack tomorrow's lunch, get shaker cups ready for next day. Get some guitar playing in.

Yeah, repeat this 4 times, I'm pretty scheduled.

    1. Wake up on time and get out of bed.
    2. Actually eat something for breakfast instead of just black coffee.
    3. Say "no" to something at work, no matter how minor (I take on way too much).
    4. Smile at a stranger.
    5. Hug my son (this is a bit of a cheat--I do this every day anyway).
    6. Go to the gym.
    7. Have a good, hour-long workout at the gym.
    8. Eat a lean, filling dinner.
    9. Enter everything into MyFitnessPal.

    Revised whole endocrynology while working
Hardly made myself go to gym and train, forgot headphones at home and had to listen to some random guys screaming all around
The first thing that comes to mind in regards to mental health is Kevin Malone (from The Office)

    The Synopsis:
"In season four when this happened, Kevin was still relatively a normal person, one without parody and mental illness. Sure, while he has always been a little slow in the early seasons, his fiance leaving him was the thing that was able to push him into realization that he is doomed to live alone, save the people he sees at work every day. And what's the one thing he has going for him to these people? They expect failure from him. So he milks it. Oscar and Angela are part of his Accounting family, so they've come to expect his failure in that aspect, and the rest of the office understand him as the guy who says stupid things. They almost expect it. So Kevin goes into an extreme with it, reverting to a childlike state for the anticipated reactions of his co-workers, because, you know what? It's a hell of a lot better than no reactions from anybody ever. Kevin depends on these people, so he will forever be the jester in their court of infinite paper."

I'm working out with Greyskull LP. Shoulder mobility issues, so front squats are my go to until I can resolve that and return back to low bar back squats. Aiming for a 2 plate front squat and 3 plate DL in first half of this year. Definitely working hard to get my legs in better condition with heavy lifting twice a week. Chest will be 1X BW around that same time.
Every day target is constant progression of weight or increase on AMRAPS.
Shoulder issues are frequent in this thread
It's been helping me a lot to do cable exercises for mine! Been doing it 3 times a week.
Have you tried experimenting with your setup?
I.e, Larry Wheels (one of the strongest guys in the world) does big jumps when hitting his heavy set. Dude literally jumps from 1 plate squat to 3 plate.. and so forth
But please be cautious of how your body feels/reacts to it!

I read hanging from a pull up bar completely relaxed helps shoulders a lot. I definitely feel a lot more loose after doing it for 30 seconds a time.
Also making sure to always do rear delt raises and strengthening your rotator cuffs will help prevent injuries too.

agreed, I only wish I had more time to devote to it. Over my Christmas holidays I was able to finish a book I had been struggling to get through in my normal routine, and it was so nice to have that time to read. I need to start prioritizing it over some of the other things I do in my free time, just wish I had more free time in general so I could do everything.

Actually I finished watching the office for the second time last week :O Even started watching UK version, but didn't like it.

Today I didn't keep up with my ultimate goals Instead of reading, met my closest friend, whom I haven't seen for about 2 months

Had a great deadlift session!!! 20 lb PR belted. I hadn't tried a max belted for a long time. Been working with moderate weights going for rep PRs. So this was a blast!

Also, that is very generous of Iovate to offer up so many full tubs!

-prep for a class that I teach kids at the Y
    -meal prep for the week
-write at least one review on a product

I made 4-5 repairs on this furnace this week, and after spending close to $175 and there were still unsolved issues, I decided it’s time to stop throwing money at the wind and install a new one.
A friend and I worked unil 1AM last night and we installed a new furnace. The job is almost done. Just a few adjustments left to do, which is always expected with a new installation.
The new furnace is much stronger, though a bit louder , but also more efficient.
Oof, mirin' the close bond you have with your friend. 1AM

They sure are doing big things (i.e, working at Capitol Hill. Entrepreneur in NY). Feels good
Actually I dont.... Ive worked tech for the past 20yrs, I just happen to be good with kids.......... and I took a part time job at the Y where I work out so I took on this class, we'll see how it goes.

    -work
-stick to my eating routine (when Im at work the carb load meal can be either off or not at all ) not too shabby..... did eat my breakfast at lunch time.... just wasnt feeling hungry
-Hit the gym and by at my pre illness level so I can move on and up (yeah.... no patience) SO CLOSE!!!! Had one set where I was one rep short, and the final set I dropped the weight by 20lbs, but did more reps and a drop set....the others I might have gone up.....I'll call it a win!
-after work, clean and organize area at my second job (my gym) cause I hate clutter!!!!! Done!
-get some dang sleep and prep for the next day! Going to bed now............................ so there
    Salty.......... like Extra salty.......

    Alright. Today looks like:

4:45am - up, pack for the day (lunch, gym stuff)
    6am - work, eat 3 meals and a snack
    5pm - gym, shoulder day
6:30 - home. Shower, dinner, time with wife and son, maybe 15 min guitar session
9pm - catch up on Vikings if all goes as planned
    9:45 - bed.

I ditched the 4am workout today. I love doing it but I'm toast by 8pm so family time is sacrificed when I do this.
