Have taken the past 2 years off to travel, had decent numbers beforehand (barely intermediate but was happy with them at the time) and just want to get back to better numbers before switching to an UL split in 6 months or so.

Typical routine, ABA etc. day off between each, 3 times a week total, upper body exercises +2.5Kg per week, lower +5Kg, accessories upping by reps before adding the minimal weight increment every other week.
Have a shoulder problem and can't press overhead or incline at the minute hence why the 2 bench presses.
Starting quite light and working my way back into things - just wanted to make sure it wasn't lacking anything obvious before spending the next 6 months on it.
It's not bad by any means, but it is a fair bit of volume (mostly fluff) for someone coming back after a lay off. You want to start off with as little as you need so when you transition to U/L you are eased into the increased volume. Starting off with more volume than you need backs you into a corner when progressing to higher volume routines.
Might be quite a bit more than you need for the same return. 2 yrs off puts you back at square one, but your previous stint gives you a running start. You should be back to pretty good levels in 2 months work. But you could cut the volume/exercises in half and see all those gains. Reassess in 2 months.
