    spirulina

I've seen a few people discussing spirulina now. I've read plenty of articles on it claiming it's benefits but I struggle to find and solicitor research. Has anyone any links to any studies comparing it to whey protein? And also is there anyone on here that uses it that can tell me what they think? Thanks, Jac.

Comparison to whey? You can’t, they’re are so different it just doesn’t even compare to one another.

Whey helps you meet your protein needs. Spirulina is an algae that happens to have a very dense nutrient base mainly photochemical and some fatty acids.

    Two completely different uses.

I was taking the daily recommended dosage of spirulina for 1-2 months a several times in my life. You can expect a slight increase in energy - no more,no less.
