Never. Refeeding defeats the purpose of keto and interrupts adaptation.
If you like carbs don't do keto.Last edited by Mrpb; 01-09-2019 at 12:25 PM.

I think I am at like 12% body fat.
Not sure if it's because of age or what but, I used to distribute bodyfat equally accross my body. Now, my arms, chest and legs stay pretty shredded at all times but my abs keep a layer of fat. Especially in the lower abs there is like a pocket of fat I have never seen before.
It makes guessing bodyfat really hard. I can see strations everywhere but then lower abs arent as visible

OP I am in your same boat, have a good amount of weight refeeding.
Look into carb night/CKD
basically KETO for 6 days, on 7th night post workout your have a 4-6 hour window to pound carbs. I like to eat around maintenance on this day, and fast to save cals for later at night. this raises leptin and restores your hormonal profile.
Keep your fats low and carbs high during this window, then back to keto for the next 6 days.
Vinge girondas steak and eggs diet, and the anabolic diet have very similiar refeeds.
trust me, try them, they absolutely work.
