    Thoughts on Herbs

What are your thoughts on herbs like ashwagada and turmeric. Is it worth putting them into your diet. Do they even do anything?

Turmeric can have some anti-inflammatory effects but as far as concrete, long-term proof I don't really know. It's tasty in certain recipes though.

I'm a big fan of Ranaar weed and Snapdragon. I also like Torstol and Lantadyme. Not a huge fan of Guam or Marrentill though.

Don't know about those two, but rosemary, basil, thyme, chives, Italian parsley, cumin, sage, black pepper, paprika, dry mustard, and cilantro are just a few of the herbs and spices I use in the kitchen to make the foods I cook much more tasty.

Not an herb, but different types of salt taste different as well. I use sea salt and coarse kosher salt primarily, along with an occasional use of fine iodized table salt.

I used to listen to Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass on my 8-track.

Have been considering trying Turmeric for some inflammation issues.
    Old, but not obsolete.

Think you need to use turmeric on almost daily basis to get an anti-inflammatory effect. Most herbs that have a real biological effect need to be taken consistently and often. I say try it and see if it does anything for you.
