Does anyone else feel like their back looks flat despite any weight lifting? Maybe it's unknowingly a lack of effort on my part, but I just feel like my back won't grow. From a side profile, I personally feel like I've got a back of someone that doesn't lift. From a front profile, I can show somewhat of a V that is sought after, though my lats haven't grown as much near the lower origination points. Maybe I'm just being hard on myself. Is there anyone else that can has a point of view that can offer me a fresh way of thinking about it? I'll increase my efforts, but I want to mentally do it right
