    Should I start cutting ?

https://imgur.com/gallery/J9LW5xo I’m 5’7 160 and looking like I should cut. Can you guys give me some suggestions on how much to lose etc I’ve been at a slight surplus since I started lifting a year ago. My lifts are up a whole bunch which I’m thankful for I workout 5 times a week doing 5/3/1 bbb and my estimated 1rms according to my amraps are 240 bench, 310 squat, 350 dl, 140 ohp( can’t progress on this lift worth a **** lol). I feel like I’ve been gaining a lot more fat then muscle tho it may just be me not counting cals right but according to my tdee I should be eating 2500 for maintenance. Two pics are from when I started and the other two are me now
Definitely not 48 I’m 21 idk how to change

Getting control of your diet and gaining that experience and the accomplishment of manipulating your bodyfat would be pretty cool. Especially since you've had a year of cutting loose.

I would calculate what you think your maintenance caloric intake oughta be, and give it a couple weeks so you can identify the trend. Once you set that diet, you can adjust according to your weekly weight averages. Get it dialed into losing a pound or two a week, and bring the cals back to maintenance once your abs look how you want, or whatever you are looking for.

No clue how many pounds you should target. The cool thing is you can dial in what you want to see.
