The 'Goal" for this **** log is to do a 90 day transformation to get my ideal weight of 185. I haven't been there since my sophomore year in high school!!! while I've came close multiple times since then 187 is my lowest since. This is a combo weights and nutrition log with my struggle always being the nutrition side of my routine, which always goes to **** first. This is another bull**** 2019 new year new me log so if this gives me that extra half pound of commitment its a success, but chances are this goes to **** at some point.

Have not done legs in months so this was a painful ****ing day. The plan is to go to the gym in the morning and evening with just Hiit cardio in the morning. Day 1 yay
Day 2 Rest Day but as expected I could barely walk and my back felt tweaked because it's been so damn long from doing legs. Should add I have a pretty active job where I walk constantly burning about 500-700 calories a day according to my phone tracker. Not that I count this as cardio but its an excuse I like to keep in my back pocket. My nutrition was so-so had massive hunger from legs as well but could of really blew it.
Tough day the hunger from legs had me go past my calorie allowance ****!!! Ill have tomorrows post with a weight update regardless of the calorie explosion
