Ok, so I'm 16 a sophomore in HS. I started lifting 2 or 3 years ago and I'm happy with the progress I've made. I'm trying to get bigger for two reasons, because I just want to, and that I need to for football. I'll post a picture of where I'm at now. BF 15% I think, BW 148-150 lbs, 5'6.5".
Any suggestions for me, which muscle groups in particular to pay extra attention to, strengths and weak areas I have, just what you have in mind what I can do. I hope to be at least 170 lbs by September for the season. Here's a picture of me for reference (Also it's not letting me change my age, I'm not 49):
