    Best creatine.

So.. in the minority of directions I turn, I'm til all creatine is the same. I seen an article from Jim Steppani where he says to switch to creatine phosphate instead of monohydrate. Does anyone else use phosphate that can 1. Couch for the benefits,. And 2. Perhaps refer me to a clinical trial on both?

Just go with a Creapure Monohydrate Creatine. It's the most studied supplement, cheap, will last a long time and effective.

Take 3-5g daily at any time.

You want plain old creatine monohydrate. 3-5g a day, every day, any time of day, no loading, no cycling. Done

BTW: Read the stickies in this section

Just pick up the cheapest creatine monohydrate you can find.

Take 3-5g/day, and know that there is no need to load or cycle creatine.

Remember to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Depends what you want. If you want creatine, go for creatine monohydrate. If you want an inclusive formula, check out Green Might by Controlled labs. It includes creatine, taurine, pom extract for endurance benefits, and tart cherry for recovery purposes!
