My whole body is stiff right now and it's causing a lot of pain in the knees, hips, lower back, and shoulders. I've checked with the doctors before and they just said the pain is due to stiffness and nothing else. My question is: how should I approach training while working on fixing the tightness? If I stretch multiple times a day (Limber 11 + upper body stretching) should I train with lighter weights and focus on form / more reps for the time being or should I just continue the 6-8 rep range with moderate / heavy weights?
