Is Damen Griffith a scam? Very awkward convo with him

So I follow this guy on Snapchat, the dude is lean and ripped, you can’t denie that. I’ve been stalling and was curious what he had to say so I paid for a 1 month one on one private coaching. Few things that threw me off which make me think wtf? Is someone else on the end of his emails and phone?

I told him I had a low TDEE, “he replied what does that stand for and mean?”
I told him I weight 185 and want to drop to 175, he then emails me a daily food list and it’s over 3000 calories and 350grams of protein lol. How am i suppose to cut eating 1000 calorie surplus. I asked him if I should be eating this as I need to stay around 2000 calories just to maintain and he said that list he gave me should be right on par and he doesn’t count calories or macros.

Just thought it was weird and funny someone of his nature asked what tdee was and doesn’t watch what he eats looking the way he does?

My post has nothing to do with money,
I'm simply asking is he a legit trainer & really exist as a personal coach or does someone else run his company and just use him for marketing. Just looking to see if someone has used him or have any knowledge behind his company.

I wouldn't expect someone of his nature and sponsorships to question tdee and throw a beginner a 3k+ daily calorie intake when trying to cut.

What competitions have his clients won in what fields? Easy to look up whether they have real results

Idk if the person you interacted with was actually him or not... but the real Ramen Griffith is kind of a douchebag. I've been following him for a long time. And by following him I mean that I followed him on IG/FB because he lived around my area.

Go look at his IG and you'll see super cringy videos where he'll be working out and suddenly... BAM some supplement fills the frame. He's just in it to make money and pay for his cars.

why are you lying? There are literally so many bad reviews. 2/10 are good reviews. And on top of that, the good reviews all have funny votes and all the bad reviews have useful votes.
