Yep, totally normal - in fact, only gaining 0.6lb is incredible for this time of year - I gained 3lb last week! Of course, I know that only about 1lb of that is likely to be fat, the rest being glycogen and increased food mass in my digestive system. No biggie, back on track in the new year.

Awesome, if you need a program there are free ones in the Workout Program Forum stickies, so head over there and take a look. Fierce 5 is the most popular and highly recommended. It only takes about an hour 3x a week.
Awesome job my friend, 200 lbs is right around the corner! All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

I used to weight 390 an I lost 200 lbs in 10 months but then I got really depressed an started eating an now I'm back to 360. But Ik I need to lose weight desperately again and it's like I'm scared to lose weight cause I felt like my first time cause me mental issues but idk. Damn dude, sounds like you've really got a good handle on everything! You make a great example for others to follow. I point a lot of new forum members to this thread, you should post a side-by-side photo of "then" and "now" to show them whats possible.
