Dude your killing it your down like 165 pounds in less than a year don't sweat it. I have lost half that in the same time frame and feel pretty damn good about it. If the general rule of 100 less cals a day per 10 pounds lost is anywhere close to accurate your probably burning over 10 thousand less calories a week than when you started just living so its going to slow down a bit just keep at it.

Honestly I feel like I've let you guys down and especially myself I've been going downhill for a bit and haven't been eating to healthy and thanksgiving and Christmas kind of did me in and got depressed but I'm trying very hard to get back on track I've gained 0.6lbs since my last post 12/29/19 236.6
