I'm sorry for the dead silence I've hit a very hard part in my life I've lost family and friends and relapsed into old habits I feel lost with all my progress going down the drain I've hit back to 246 lb and struggling :/
Not to late to pick yourself up dude, your weight is still well within manageable levels to turn things around if you just give it some attention. This is a hard time for everyone, but its the absolute best time to focus on the things within your control.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Sorry to hear about that - sometimes life is tough and it's hard to prioritise fitness/health. The good news is that you know what you need to do - you've done it before. What you've already accomplished is incredible - you're still 171lb lighter than when you started this journey!
