Hey mate, great work ! I’m starting my fat loss journey today too. Going back to school is hard on the mind and body for sure! I’m just getting out of engineering school and between the gone all day routine, I’d have no energy. Be careful with being back in a dorm, school can zap the energy out of you and have you fall back into bad habits. But keep up the great work and full steam ahead!

Not much weight loss this week kinda struggled had to deal with a death in the family and it messed me up but I'm back on it.
Hey BS57 and Xsquid compared to before I'm not outta breath of heavily sweating anymore which is really nice. Some weird things I've noticed is I can scratch all of my back now lol and hold my arms together behind my back. And I can squeeze in between people in public which was never a thing before. And when I go out with family to eat I can slide into the booths without my stomach touching the table which to me is crazy. I'll think on your questions more and give y'all a more comprehensive explanation lol. Thank you all for your continued support! -Cam
