You're doing great brah. Down 60 lbs in a couple of months while dealing with a knee injury/surgery is amazing. Once you get your knee squared away I have no doubt it'll be even easier for you to shed the pounds. Your gonna make it dude just keep on doing what your doing

Incredible progress so far in just a short amount of time. I highly suggest you make some short, medium, and long term goals to help keep yourself energized and moving forward.
When you have something to look forward to it makes it a lot easier to keep your foot on the gas.All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

I wouldn't get upset, if it came back off that easy it was most likely water weight from increased carbs/sodium and only cost you a pound or so in true fat. My names also cam and I started cutting from 365 about the same time as you. Im down about 50 pounds so far so similar to you . I have family dinners on Sundays with my kids parents brother etc I typically skip lunches on those days to indulge and still fit my calories but macros tend to be horrible those days. I normally eat around 100-130g of carbs daily if we go out for say Italian and i slam 300g of carbs that day my real weight in fat doesn't actually spike but ill float up to 5 extra pounds from just one meal like that for a day or 2 before it normalizes don't sweat it. I know when my mom did 0 carb and really restricted she gained like 18 pounds on thanksgiving when she used it as a cheat day it all fell right back off. Great work on the progress so far Ill race you to 215 .

Fantastic progress bro. As someone who cut down from about 375 I know how much of a grind it can be sticking to everything day after day. Keep it up man, it’s more than worth it in the end.
