Same routine before I took a break 3 years ago except it's modified. PPLPPLRest.
PUSH
Flat Bench Press A 3x5-8, B 3x12-10-10
Overhead Press A 3x5, B 3x12-10-10 (alternate so if I did A of Bench Press, I would do B of overhead)
Incline BP 3x12-10-10
Chest flys 3x12
Side lateral raise 3x12
Tricep extensions 3x12
Tricep pushdowns 3x12
PULL
Lat pulldowns , 3x7, 10, 12
Chest supported rows 3x12
Seated Cable rows (close grip) 3x12
Shrugs 3x12
Barbell curls 3x12
Reverse barbell curls 3x12
Deadlift 3x5 only do this once a week
LEGS
Squats A 3x5 B 3x12
Leg Press 3x12
Leg Extensions 3x12 superset
Leg Curls 3x12
Stiff-legged deadlift 3x12
Hanging leg raise 3x12
Ab curls 3x12
I just got back last month and I just modified my routine today. Incorporated dropsets and supersets and also changed exercises. Suggestions are very much appreciated.

Did legs today, My squats are horrible because I am always running out of breath, planning to incorporate cardio into my routine so I may be able to push harder in my squat without my breath holding me back and probably going for traditional cardio but I like HiiT more unfortunately the place we rent in isn't too good for that. Really tiny.

Did back today, yesterday was chest. It was also my first time to deadlift in a correct form lol. Since I cannot edit the original post. Here's a minor update of the routine.
PUSH
Flat Bench Press A 3x5-8, B 3x12-10-10
Overhead Press A 3x5, B 3x12-10-10 (alternate so if I did A of Bench Press on the first day, I would do B of overhead on the second pull PUSH day)
Incline BP 3x12-10-10
Chest flys 3x12
Front delt raise 4x12
Tricep extensions 4x12
Tricep pushdowns 4x12
PULL
Lat pulldowns drop set 8, 10, 12
Barbell rows 3x10
Shrugs 3x12
Facepulls - 4x10
Barbell 21s 4 sets
Reverse barbell curls 4x12
Deadlift 3x5 only do this on the first day of PULL
Also on the first day of PUSH, I would go with FLAT BB Bench, Incline DB bench press and then on the next push day with Incline BB Press and DB Flat Bench.Last edited by convuLt; 01-07-2019 at 08:20 PM.
