I highly doubt it as sleep apnea is interruption of sleep due to the sleeper being unable to breathe at certain points in the night. It has nothing to do with BCAA's.

And of course, you could have BCAAs in your airway and causing you to stop breathing. Duh.

I've been training at night for quite sometime with zero stimulants. 10 grams of BCAAs - 2 grams of Taurine - 1500 mg's of Kre-Alkalyn - 1000 mg's of Arginine, and I'm sleeping more sound

I'm not saying it's the supplements. It could be training at night or maybe even the combination, but I'm liking it
