Just wondering how people can be 190lbs and their face doesn't look fat. Like I get that you need to lose fat to lose fat. But whenever I cut my face people say my face looks so sunken, hollow, and skinny while I have a muscular body. But whenever i'm on even just a small bulk, my face gets filled up and it looks all squishy, like when I smile I have clumps of fat everywhere. But on youtube there are guys who are like 190+ whose face does not look fat even when they smile. Or they are cut but their face doesn't look sunken. I feel like my face is either all fat or all bone, there's no middle ground for me.
Is it all genetics or does your face gain muscle as well as you get bigger?

How you deposit fat is genetic predisposition and also hormonal. Some medications can even give you fat cheeks (Google "prednisolone moon face").
Faster fat gain is more likely to build on the face than slower, but you've got your own genetics so how fast and how much on the face is an individual thing you'll have to work around
