    Dumbbell-free program?

    Does anybody know of a good organized dumbbell-free program out there for those of us broke ****s who can't afford a gym or don't have the time for one?

    You have a power rack and a barbell but no dumbbells? Any beginners program should work.

    You mean you have no weights whatsoever and cant afford a gym membership? I guess you can do pushups and situps in your bedroom.
