I want to get my OHP up big time this year. I bench 275 but the most I’ve ever OHP is 150. (165 to my nose).
Anyway last week I did 105 4x6 so:
2,520 lbs
2,520 + 299,536 = 302,056Lifetime PR's
Squat 445 w/ wraps (405 raw no wraps)
Competition Bench 275
Deadlift 435

Yeah, when I made this thread, I tried to pick a realistic goal for the whole year. Looking at the squat thread last year, lots of people started but then they dropped out later. For this thread, I was thinking about 8 people would post consistently all year. If each person lifts between 3000-5000 twice a week, then we would have a good shot at hitting 2,019,000 even if several stop posting thier totals. And if we hit the goal, then we can just keep going to see how much we press this year.Once upon a time (maxes 2020) ...
